Information we collect
When you request a free concept or website service, we receive your name, business name, contact details, services, service area, website or social link, referral information, and the details you choose to share. A Website Setup Profile may include your business history, customers, services, branding, goals, team details, proof, approvals, and uploaded project materials. We also process authentication events, session information, request and upload metadata, correspondence, appointment details, and technical security logs. Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, identity documents, health records, or other sensitive information through ordinary forms.
How we use information
We use information to assess fit, respond, prepare and discuss a personalized homepage concept, schedule a Preview Call, plan and deliver a website if engaged, administer eligibility and referrals, provide optional support, maintain records, and protect the service. A free demo request is not an order and does not take payment. We seek permission before publishing client work in a portfolio.
Providers and AI-assisted work
The workflow uses Netlify for website hosting and functions, Supabase for authentication and private project data and file storage, Resend for transactional email, Calendly for scheduling, Google Workspace for communications, and encrypted local backup and working systems. These providers process relevant information under their own terms. We do not sell prospect or profile information as a data product. AI-assisted research, drafting, design, and development are part of the standard service. The intake does not automatically send your profile to an AI endpoint. We limit project data used with AI tools to a legitimate purpose and avoid submitting passwords, API keys, private keys, payment credentials, or authentication secrets. Project-specific AI restrictions must be agreed before engagement.
Cookies and technical data
Signed-in access uses a session cookie; a short profile handoff uses browser session storage. The embedded Calendly scheduler may set cookies or collect usage information under its own practices. Host and security providers may log requests. The inspected site does not contain Google Analytics or a Meta pixel; this notice must be revised before optional advertising or analytics tracking is added.
Retention, requests, and security
Praxis has adopted a 90-day default for unconverted prospect information and 12 months after relationship end for former-client operational data. Active discussions, disputes, fraud or security investigations, legal holds, and legally required accounting or contract records may require longer retention. Records can exist in the database, uploaded objects, email, logs, exports, and encrypted backups. These periods are policy targets; complete cross-system enforcement and provider or backup lifecycle verification remain pending. We will not represent automatic deletion as already in place. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security.
Other information
The service is directed to business owners and representatives, not children. We may post a dated update as operations change and communicate material changes when appropriate.
