Website Terms of Use

This website is operated by Alexander Hahn, sole proprietor doing business as Praxis Operations. Contact: praxisoperationsllc@gmail.com.

Site purpose and orders

The site explains Praxis services and allows business representatives to request a free homepage concept, ask about website work, and arrange a Preview Call. Submitting a form, viewing pricing, or seeing a concept does not place an order or take payment. A paid website project requires an accepted, versioned Website Development Agreement before a deposit. Praxis then sends a separate Stripe invoice. Pricing and any discount eligibility are confirmed before payment; legally required taxes and approved third-party charges are separate.

Illustrations and site content

Northline Roofing, Alder & Stone, Current Electric, Form & Field, and TEMPER Heating & Air are fictional showcase concepts, not customer endorsements or demonstrated business results. Site text, designs, images, code, and other materials may not be copied for commercial use without permission except as law permits. Third-party and client materials retain their respective rights.

Your use of the site

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Do not upload unlawful or rights-infringing content, malware, credentials, payment-card details, or sensitive records not specifically requested. Do not impersonate others, misuse referral codes, scrape protected profiles, disrupt the service, or seek unauthorized access. Praxis may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, repeated violations, or material legal or security risk, subject to applicable law and any accepted agreement.

Availability and responsibility

Third-party features, including scheduling, may be governed by their providers' terms and availability. Site information and concepts may change or contain errors. Praxis does not guarantee search ranking, lead volume, sales, revenue, advertising return, uninterrupted uptime, or absolute security. Mandatory legal rights are not waived. No monetary liability cap is imposed by these site terms. Pennsylvania law governs site-use disputes, subject to mandatory law. Paid project disputes are addressed by the accepted project agreement.

Changes and privacy

Terms may change prospectively through a dated replacement. An accepted paid agreement changes only under its own amendment terms. Our Privacy Notice explains personal information handling. Contact praxisoperationsllc@gmail.com with questions.
